A: that depends on your car, your credit, your driving history , your age, your sex…. too many factors. I pay less than 100 a yearon a car tha I own. But thats because of the same factors I listed.

A: Is it safe to assume you don’t want to put the mileage on your car by driving yourself. There are people that will insure, and drive the car for you that would be less expensive than the transport. I used one called Drive and Save Transport out of Florida. They were nationwide and save me several hundred dollars.

A: Whatever you do do not leave it alone. In Chicago you can risk all kinds of things, civilly. They take parking revenues very seriously. If you noticed you are even sending your payment to the department of revenue.
If you are not sure about the residential ticket go to a department of revenue office, be prepared to wait.(the addresses are on the flap of your current ticket or on the web site) They can look up the ticket and you can see if it was issued to your car,( it is very easy for them copies of the actual tickets are digitized and on the computer) there is a car description, along with the plate#, on the ticket. If it is your car’s description pay it, if not protest it.
If your time is not worth it pay the ticket. DO NOT IGNORE IT.
I was the police in Chicago and checked the web site for all my families cars regularly just to avoid trouble or booting.

You aren’t going to find any dealers selling anything (let alone anything good) in that price range. You will need to find private owners that are selling cars.

A: Enterprise Rent a Car rents to people that are under 25. I rented from them when I was 18. It costs a bit more than if you were older, but when you need a car, you need a car!

A: I doubt that there are any places that will let an 18 year old rent a car for weekend.

A: All car rental companies require the driver to be at least 21 and most major rental companies require the driver to be 25. It has to do with their insurance requirements.

A: The insurance company has to investigate, and they have to make sure that the vehicle isn’t recovered. Just be patient. If I were you I would call and asked your claim representative. That person can tell you what is going on from here.
